Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the returns process will be delayed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we will endeavour to
process your return as soon as possible.
7 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and return the products to us within 30 days after obtaining our customer service authorisation. In order to provide customers with a simple and convenient shopping experience, we accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
Returns and Exchange Process
1. Check that you meet the above returns and exchange conditions.
2. Fill out the form below.
3. Our customer service team will contact you regarding your return or exchange via email. Please keep an eye out for our email.
4. Package your items securely and send it back to us. You can reuse the original packaging from EST Skinlab to return your goods to us! Pack the products securely and send them to our return address in good condition.
5. Upon receiving your package, we will then further process your enquiry as soon as possible.

Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind about the product you have purchased and wish to return or exchange it, please send the unused and unopened product back to our return address.
If the product you have received is defective, please email us a detailed description of the product and photos of the faulty item. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Incorrect item /Damaged in Transit
If you have received incorrect products that are different to what you have ordered, or items that are damaged upon arrival, please email us a detailed description and photos of the product as you received them. Please do not discard the product before we get in touch with you.
