1. General Information

• EST Skinlab online gift cards are redeemable exclusively on our website at estskinlab.com.au and cannot be used in-store.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds, unless required by law.
• Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

2. Purchase & Delivery

• Gift cards can be purchased online via our website.
• Upon purchase, a digital gift card will be sent to the recipient's email address provided at checkout.
• Please ensure the recipient's email is correct; EST Skinlab is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected emails due to incorrect information.

3. Redemption

• To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code during checkout on our website.
• Gift cards can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
• If the total order exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
• If the total order is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• EST Skinlab is not responsible for the lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
• Treat your gift card as cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• If you return items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the gift card. If the gift card is no longer valid, a replacement card with a new expiry date will be issued.

6. Changes to Terms

• EST Skinlab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to gift cards purchased after the date of posting.
