The membership reward system is currently provided by EST Skinlab to its customers as a reward and sharing program. The membership of the system (“Membership” or “Rewards”) is limited to individuals, and each person is limited to one account. Eligible minors must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians before participating.

You must hold a registered EST Skinlab account and password to qualify. New customers who register for an account will automatically become members.

750 Points = $10 Reward

1250 Points = $20 Reward

1550 Points = $30 Reward

In line with the membership and rewards program, for every Australian dollar (AUD) spent on an online transaction on estskinlab.com.au, you will earn 1 reward point. We also provide extra point activities from time to time, in which case it will be calculated as extra bonus points.

You can view your current points balance and any other points activity on the “My Points” page.

The accumulated points must be converted to a minimum of 750 points or more before the points can be used and the system can automatically discount them.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your account to update the points after a transaction. When your order is completed, the points will automatically be added to your account, and you can check it on the “My Points” page.

• Using points (online): Log in → Claim voucher → Copy code into cart/checkout →Place order.

(Note: Claiming a voucher will deduct points immediately. Once claimed, points cannot be reused in-store. Likewise, if redeemed in-store, they cannot be used online.)

• Using points (in-store): Simply ask our staff to check and apply your points at the clinic.

• Checking your balance: Log in with your registered email (same email for online and in-store). Click Earn Points at the bottom left corner of the website to view your balance and available vouchers.

If a product has been cancelled from your order, the points generated by that product will be deducted from your account automatically. If your entire order is cancelled, any points generated by the order will be deducted from your account automatically.

We love for our customers to experience more of our range. A complimentary sample will be included with every order, subject to availability. Samples are selected based on stock and may vary from those displayed in your cart or promotional imagery.

Please note that free samples are provided as a gift with purchase and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash or credit.

Points are time sensitive and do expire, and are only valid for 12 months from the effective date.

By registering an account of EST Skinlab, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to receive advertisements, marketing materials and other communications from EST Skinlab. Register to join the membership system and you will automatically subscribe to receive emails.

EST Skinlab may at its sole discretion change, limit or modify the plan rules, terms, benefits, membership or any other features of the plan (including any responsibilities for customers under the plan to be transferred to another person or entity at any time without recourse Right) or by posting any such changes on the EST Skinlab website, you can terminate this plan at any time at your own discretion. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

EST Skinlab reserves the sole bit reasonable discretion to exclude individuals from the membership system or delete points from the membership account. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or “Manipulation” of this system or its rules (determined by EST Skinlab), failure to comply with any terms of this plan, any misinterpretation or any unprotected behaviour that harms the interests of EST Skinlab, may cause member to withdraw or deduct the points obtained through these abuse or manipulation activities, and will affect their eligibility for further participation in the program. If your membership is revoked or cancelled in other ways, any points in your account will automatically become invalid. EST Skinlab reserves the right to change its website and these terms at any time. You are responsible for checking or reviewing these terms from time to time in order to keep abreast of any changes. By joining this program, you agree to be bound by any such changes

Exclusivity
Claimed reward codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes (including discounts, promotional gifts, or offers).

Gift Eligibility
If your order qualifies for a promotional gift, it will still be included.

Gifts will be manually added to your parcel by our team during order processing.

How to Claim a Reward
To redeem a reward, please enter the corresponding reward code at checkout.

Points Deduction
Once you claim a reward, your reward points balance will reset to 0.

However, if you do not use the claimed reward code at checkout, you may still apply it later to complete redemption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EST Skinlab.com shall not be liable for any damages caused by or related to your participation in or joining the plan, including losses caused by changes or termination of the plan. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability, applicable to all damages of any time, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, data loss, income or profits, property loss or damage, and third- party claims. You agreeing to these terms means that you voluntarily agree (or, if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardian voluntarily agree) you have waived the right to seek compensation for these damages from estskinlab.com.au.
