Shipping policy

At EST Skinlab, we aim to deliver your products safely, securely, and promptly. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery:

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $99
• Free Express Delivery on all orders over $199
• A flat rate of $9 applies to orders under $99

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Tracking

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• You can check estimated delivery times for your postcode here: Australia Post Delivery Estimates.

4. Signature on Delivery

For your security, all orders are shipped with Australia Post Signature on Delivery service:

• A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order.
• If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. A card will be left with details on how to collect your order.
• Once your parcel has been signed for at the nominated delivery address, ownership and responsibility pass to the recipient.
• EST Skinlab is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after your order has been signed for.

5. Click & Collect

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service at our retail store and clinics:

• Place your order online and select your preferred store or clinic for collection.
• You will be notified via SMS and email once your order is ready.

Collection Instructions:

• Orders are only available for collection after you have received a notification confirming your order is ready (may take up to 5 business days).
• To collect your order, please bring:
• Your Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation/Email
• A valid photo ID
• The credit card used for payment (if applicable)
• Our team will verify your details and have you sign for your order to ensure it is handed to the correct person.

• Pick-up Times: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2. EST Clinic (Box Hill)
• Address: 207, Level 2, 116-118 Thames Street, Box Hill VIC 3129
• Pick-up Times: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

6. Delivery Times

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen events.

7. Shipping Restrictions & Delays

• We currently only ship within Australia.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is available via Australia Post, but some remote areas may take longer.
• EST Skinlab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, public holidays).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
